Sweet and smokey and with a bit more heat than our Rose Harissa, added chipotle pepper, Balsamic Vinegar, spices and paprika.
Use as a marinade, spread over a shoulder of lamb before cooking, mixed into a beef, lamb or chicken casserole, or on chicken pieces before roasting.
