Old-vines of Rkatsiteli, combined with 6 months of skin contact and aging in buried amphorae make this wine a powerhouse, with roasted nuts, brown butter, earthiness and dried fruits in the nose and on the tongue. Intensely structured, and because of that intensely Georgian. The blue-cheese-whiff comes from the vinification and aging in amphorae.
