Morelli pasta is unique because the pasta is processed by hand. The paste is then dried at 45-50 degrees Celsius for 36 hours. This traditional, Tuscan foglie is colored light green by the spinach that is used in the pasta. The pasta is shaped like olive leaves and is not only delicious, but also wonderful for colorful, creamy, Italian pasta dishes.
