Morelli pasta is unique because the pasta is processed by hand. The paste is then dried at 45-50 degrees Celsius for 36 hours. This Tuscan pasta, called busiate, is delicious with Trapani pesto (including basil, tomatoes, garlic and almonds) and breadcrumbs. The pasta is suitable for pre-cooking or keeping warm for a longer period of time because it does not get sticky or soggy.
