Black truffle pâté in extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavor of any dish. Heat the cream in the pan for 5 minutes after adding some salt and extra virgin olive oil: use it as a condiment for a good first course of spaghetti or a pizza with mozzarella and prosciutto.
