A revelation in the kitchen! Skip the chopping onions stage and grab a can of this baby!

These preserves are prepared from fresh onions peeled and chopped medium large. This puree is canned after having been added with olive oil. This product is presented "in oil ready to fry" for a more precise use in the kitchen where it is ready to fry; it does not stick to the bottom of the utensil used, retains an attractive shine and is easily used in the preparation of all the "roux" of the sauce base. It is this onion in oil that is also used to cover pissaladières.
