Terrasana Buckwheat Noodles are buckwheat noodles with sweet potato. These buckwheat noodles consist of 95% buckwheat and 5% sweet potato. With this you put a delicious, gluten-free product on the table. Delicious in combination with miso (soup), seaweeds and Japanese seasonings such as tamari, mirin and sesame oil. Serve both lukewarm and warm.
